Terms and conditions

Quotes: every quote is free and valid for thirty days from its issue date. It becomes binding after written acceptance by the client.

Product orders: displayed prices are in CFA francs, all taxes included. Availability is shown on each product page and checked when the order is confirmed.

Delivery: delivery fees depend on the destination city and are added at order time. Announced lead times are indicative.

Payment: cash on delivery, Mobile Money or bank transfer. For installation projects, a deposit is required before work starts.

Works: the project duration is communicated after the technical visit. The client agrees to clear the areas and provide access to water and electricity.

Warranty: coatings installed by NOEPOXY are guaranteed against adhesion defects under the normal conditions of use described at handover.

Claims: any claim must be sent in writing within fifteen days of delivery.
